第42 卷第10期 东 北 农 业 大 学 学 报 42(10): 62~65 2011 年10月 Journal of Northeast Agricultural University Oct. 2011 番茄果实中番茄红素含量与主要数量性状相关性及通径分析 李相梅，许向阳，张 贺，康立功，姜景彬，李景富* （东北农业大学园艺学院，哈尔滨 150030） 摘 要：试验对由高色素番茄和加工番茄配制的15 个杂交组合的11 个主要数量性状与番茄红素含量进行相 关性及通径分析。结果表明，果实横径和心室数与番茄红素含量呈极显著负相关；果实纵径和单果重与番茄红素 含量呈显著性负相关；单序果数与番茄红素含量呈显著性正相关。果实横径、心室数和单果重对番茄红素含量的 直接通经系数与遗传相关系数方向相同，均为负值；单序果数与番茄红素含量的直接通经系数与遗传相关系数方 向相反，均为正值。所以应选择心室数少、单果重小和单株结果少的材料作为选育材料的目标。 关键词：番茄；番茄红素；相关分析；通经分析 中图分类号：S641.2 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1005-9369（2011 ）10-0062-04 Correlation and path analysis between lycopene content and main quantitative traits of tomato/LI Xiangmei, XU Xiangyang, ZHANG He, KANG Ligong, JIANG Jingbin, LI Jingfu(College of Horticulture, Northeast Agricultural University, Harbin 150030, China) Abstract: Analysis on correlation and path analysis between lycopene content and 11 principal quantitative traits of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) fruit from 15 crossed lines by high pigment tomato materials and processing tomatoes was carried out, respectively. The results showed that there was a highly significantly negative correlation between lycopene content and transverse diameter or ventricle number; and significantly negative correlation between lycopene content and vertical diameter or single fruit weight. The study showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between lycopene content and the number of fruits per inflorescence.
