桁架机械手动态特性的有限元分析*

:通过对桁架机械手进行结构分析,应用有限 分析软件 NSYS建立了其参数化有限 模型, 对整
机进行了静力分析模态分析和频响应特性分析,得出了整机的前 6阶固有频率和相应振型,指出了桁架
机械手结构设计的薄弱环节结果表明,应用 NSYS可较精确地分析机械手的动力特性, 为改进和完善
设计提供理论依据, 从而使机械手具有良好的动态特性

Ab stract: Th e paper es tab lish ed th e 3D fin ite e lemen t model of the gan try robo t in AN SY S. The s tatic
analy sis modal analy sis and harmon ic respon se analy sis w ere performed on th e gan try robot. The firs t
s ix natural frequenc ies and v ibration mode ls of the gan try robo t w ere ob tained. The frail parts that
impact the dynamics of the gan try robot had been po in ted out. Th e resu l ts show that simu lation is
relatively rel iab le for en gin eering analy si s. Th emeans of improv ing structure design of gan try robo t are
prov ided by the analy sis method.
