The documentation is substantially complete and contains all the information Point Grey Research deems necessary to use the Software; 4. The Software functions substantially as described in the documentation. Point Grey Research, Inc.s entire liability and the Original Purchasers exclusive remedy shall be the replacement of any diskette or documentation not meeting these warranties. On such an occasion, a copy of the paid receipt accompanied with the faulty diskette or documentation must be returned to Point Grey Research, Inc. or an authorized dealer.
