摘 要 气质性乐观是近年来积极心理学研究的热点之一，指个体在与所处社会文化环境交 互作用的过程中，所形成的个体对与其有关的所有事件的积极结果的总体期望。大量研 究表明，气质性乐观是高成就的主要原因，能影响个体有效地应对压力事件、适应环境， 是调节心理健康和身体健康的重要内部资源。已有研究主要集中于对气质性乐观的结构 探索和其与其他心理变量的相关分析，很少涉及认知方面的研究。所以，本研究假设， 气质性乐观大学生可能存在某种程度上的认知偏向，这种偏向不仅存在于信息的编码阶 段，在信息的解释、归因阶段也有体现，甚至表现在信息的提取阶段。本研究共包含三 个分研究，研究一选用点探测范式探讨气质性乐观大学生对积极词汇的注意偏向问题， 研究二探讨了气质性乐观大学生的回忆偏向，研究三采用自评问卷探讨了气质性乐观大 学生在解释、归因上的偏向问题。 本研究结果表明: 1 气质性乐观大学生对积极词汇存在注意偏好，且与悲观者之间的差异显著；两 者对消极词汇的注意反应不存在显著差异。 2 气质性乐观大学生能回忆更多的积极词汇，且与悲观者之间的差异显著；两者 对消极词汇的回忆不存在显著差异。 3 气质性乐观大学生较悲观者采用了更为积极的归因方式，将消极事件归因于外 在的、暂时的、局部的原因。 总之，本研究从信息加工的不同阶段展开探讨，丰富了人们对气质性乐观的研究。 本文在揭示气质性乐观大学生社会信息加工过程的基础上，对乐观人格的心理健康教育 提供了理论基础和指导意见。 关键词：气质性乐观，信息加工偏向，大学生 I ABSTRACT In recent years, dispositional optimism is one of the hot spots of positive psychology. It’s defined as the overall expectation of the positive results for all events, what the individual has formed in the interaction with his social and cultural environment. Numerous studies shows that dispositional optimism is the main reason for high achievement. It can affect individuals to respond to stressful events effectively, also to adapt to the environment. It’s the important internal resource of the regulation of mental health. Most of previous researches focused on the exploration of dispositional optimism’s structure and correlation about other variables, while few researches were involved in social information processing. So this research propose that there are some cognitive bias of dispositional optimistic undergraduates. The bias exists not only in information coding phase, but also in attribution phase and retrieval phase. This research included three parts. The first was designed to explore the attention bias to the words with positive meanings in dispositional optimistic undergraduates by the way of “dot-probe task”; the second was learned that there are bi
