集团企业关联交易的财务数据挖掘设计 摘要 摘要 本论文对现行集团公司内部的关联交易现状进行剖析，将关联交易这一集团 公司内部常见、并且对公司运营数据有着较大影响，但在现行财务流程下难于正 确披露、同时又易被忽略以至于误导公司内外所有者、投资人的判断的现象揭露 出来，同时针对该情况进行集团公司财务数据挖掘的设计，达到对关联交易情况、 数据进行实时监控，做到及时、准确地披露集团企业内部的关联交易状况。 为实现该目标，笔者从财务的角度构建出集团财务关联交易运行的监督、匹 配、冲销的基本架构，并对目前财务软件所使用的主流数据库及主流数据挖掘技 术进行了较为深入的研究，并在阅读整理了大量数据库管理、挖掘的规则的相关 资料后，进行了对集团企业大量财务数据的挖掘设计，从而通过对关联公司交易 规则的设定后，可对财务人员的操作进行监控，并可及时展现整个集团公司内部 的关联交易规模、流转速度、内部成本等财务指标，为公司内外披露一个真实的 公司健康状况。 关键词集团企业；关联交易：财务数据；数据挖掘 ABSTRACT Theaffiliated transactioniSfamiliar to觚enterprise group，which impact financial thefactof enterprise’s data，but affiliated transactionoften hidesbehind data-The affiliated huge transaction’Sinfluence isuncovered the by dissertationto make the enterprise’financeinvestorcanfind healthy,SO thecorrect incomeof the enterprise． To achievethe frame goal，the ofthe is primal constructedon system thebasisof the of theory databaseusedin popular finance
