Using Factor Analysis methodology to do a positive research on regional knowledge innovation capability is the main content of this paper. This paper analyzes the statistics of main indicators to conclude the situation of China’s local knowledge innovation capability. At the same time, it put forward the counterpart suggestions to improve the capability of knowledge innovation capability.
