BG 公司第四方物流的运作模式与发展战略研究 摘 要 随着经济的全球化发展，企业所面临的竞争环境发生了重大的变化，供应 链管理也应运而生，物流业成为国际经济体系的重要组成部分。第三方物流方 兴未艾，第四方物流又悄然登陆中国。在这样的环境下，第三方物流企业采取 何种运作模式进入第四方物流领域成为理论界和企业界关注的焦点。但是由于 供应链管理理论和第四方物流在我国引进时间短，国内企业无论是在理论认识 上，还是在实际应用上都还处在启蒙阶段。 论文以系统的观点，借助供应链管理和第四方物流理论，对 BG 公司发展 第四方物流的运作模式与战略选择进行了详细的论述与分析。论文首先对 BG 公司第三方物流运作模式以及发展第四方物流必要性等问题进行了分析，结合 供应链环境下的第四方物流服务的运作主体的角色定位、运作模式的阐述，提 出BG 公司发展第四方物流的运作模式为：从综合集团型的3PL 运作模式过渡 到行业创新的4PL 运作模式，使其成为真正的4PL 服务商；其次，在对BG 公 司内外部环境初步分析的基础上，对其优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了 SWOT 分析，通过分析提出了 BG 公司第四方物流的发展战略，并将其细分成六个子 战略进行进一步的分析。最后，从供应链一体化战略、运输网络战略、科技战 略、人才战略四个方面总结出保障措施，确保其4PL 发展战略的落实。 关键词：供应链管理 第三方物流 第四方物流 运作模式 战略选择 Research on Operation Mode and Development Strategy of Fourth Party Logistics of BG Abstract With the development of economic globalization, companies have been faced with major changes, especially in their competitive environment, which means competition between companies have been changed into competition of supply chains.
