保护与利用是两个互动的方面，保护是为了利用，利用也是更好地维持文化遗产的生 命力，两方的共同目的都是为了更好地保护文化遗产。针对所存在的问题，应在遗产普查、 法律法规、利益主体、管理体制、保护技术、博物馆等六个方面加强庐山文化遗产的保护。 同时考虑从遗产旅游、文化产业、文化教育及科学研究等角度促进遗产的利用，并进行红 色遗产资源、别墅、诗歌、石刻等庐山文化遗产的专题利用。 文化遗产的价值是进行保护的前提和基础，因此价值判定是个重要的问题。而目前， 对文化遗产的价值评价多为定性评价，量化评价还需要进行深入的研究，建立一套评价体 系，这也是本课题需要继续研究的地方。 关键词：庐山；文化遗产；保护；利用 II A Study on the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Heritage in Mt. Lushan Abstract Cultural Heritage which is humans precious treasure has a prominent effect in conserving the diversity of human culture and keeping the cultural-ecological balance of the human society. Mt. Lushan, as the only World Cultural Landscape of China, whose correlated administrations have done lots of fruitful work to protect and utilize the cultural heritage in this region, all of the actions have also provided a lot of useful experiences for the sustainable utilization of world heritage. However, these years, affected by some factors such as age and regional economy ect., now Mt. Lushan is confronted with some problem with its development such as the state of arrested development of social economy ,the blindness in the exploration of tourism resources and destroy to the cultural heritage. This paper, which is under the guidance of historical materialism and dialectic materialism, synthetically applies the theories of history, sociology, tourism, ecology, cultural geography and sustainable development to study the cultural heritage in Mt. Lushan on a multi-angle, all round and microcosmic as well as macroscopical perspective. Theoretically, by studying on the meaning, type and value of the cultural heritage, it tries to construct a basic framework of the study on cultural heritages sustainable utilization.
