Bi-levelmodelforsharedparkingdecision-making basedonparkinglotassignmentsimulation RanJiangyu GuoXiucheng TangLiang ZhangYe SchoolofTransportation,SoutheastUniversity,Nanjing210096,China Abstract:Inordertocarryoutcomprehensivedecision-making ofmulti-classsharedparkingmeasureswithinaregion,abi levelmodelassistingdecision-makingisproposed.Theupper levelselectsparkers'averagesatisfactionandtheviolationrate duringpeakhoursasindicesinobjectfunction, andsets probabilitydistributionmodelsdescribingdynamicparking demandofeachsite,thefeasibilityofsharedparkingscenarios andoccupancyrequirementsduringpeakhoursofeachparking lotasrestrictions.Thesimulationmodelinthelowerlevelsets uprulestoassigneachparkerintherandomparkingdemand seriestotheproperparkinglot.Aniterativemethodisproposed toconfirmthestateofeachparkinglotatthestartofformal simulations.Besides, twopatternslinkinginitializationand formalsimulationarepresentedtoacquiremultiplesolutions. Theresultsofthenumericalexamplesindicatetheeffectiveness ofthemodelandsolutionmethods.
