万方数据 The Study of the model for the taxi industry business A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Fu Wei Supervisor：Prof.ChenYinshe Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 万方数据 万方数据 I 万方数据 摘 要 出租汽车行业作为现代交通运输发展重要的内容，在一定程度上反映了一个城市的 现代化发展水平。出租汽车经营模式是指出租汽车行业采取何种形式进行组织经营，以 及出租汽车利益相关方在责、权、利上的划分。由于出租汽车经营模式的理论性、实践 性和政策性都非常强，笔者通过参考国内外部分城市的经营模式，在对出租汽车经营模 式理论进行了系统分析的基础上，探讨关于我国出租汽车经营模式发展的基本方向和如 何采取措施消除发展中存在的不稳定因素等问题。 首先，本论文通过系统的研究出租汽车行业的相关理论，对出租汽车行业功能进行 明确定位；其次，本文界定了出租汽车行业现有的经营模式，总结了出租汽车行业发展 历史中出现的各种问题，并对其进行分析；再次，论文通过研究出租汽车行业各利益相 关方之间的关系和制约出租汽车发展的因素，提出评价经营模式优劣的标准。通过多角 度思维论证，建立评价指标体系，具体分析各种经营模式的适应性。最后，结合我国国 情，本文提出适应我国发展的城市出租汽车经营模式以及相关的建议。 关键词：出租汽车、经营模式、市场机制、政府管制 II 万方数据 Abstract Taxi industry is the important part of modern transport development. To some extent, it reflects a city’s modernization level. The way of taxi operation shows the taxi industry development condition. The taxi operation mode means how to conduct the organization and operation, which also involves the division of debts, rights and profits of this industry.
