The Clinical Research on Treating Chronic cough liver-fire attacking lung syndrome with Qingrun Zhike recipe Speciality:The Study of lung Disease Intenal Midicine of TCM Author ：Zhu Fengmin Tutor:Professor Chen Xianhai Abstract Objective: observe and evaluate the cilnical security and validity of Qingrun Zhike method in treating Chronic cough which belongs to Live-fire Invading Lung type in TCM. Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups at random. 30 patients in treatment group were treated with Qinggan Runfei Zhike decoction. 30 patients in control group were treated with Qing cough asthma grain.The related items were measured before and after the treatment. Results: The clinical study shows that there is a significant difference between the two groups(p0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group is 90.00% .The total effective rate of control group is 70.00%.The symptoms and sign are improved more significantly in the treatment group than that in the control group.And drug safety non-toxic side effects. Conclusions: Qingrun Zhike Recipe is an effective medicament of treating Chronic cough which belongs to Live-fire Invading Lung type in TCM.
