Methods: Selected met the inclusion criteria 60 cases of outpatients, Were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group (Jianpihuazhuo Decoction) and the control group (Shui Linjia) 30 patients in each Therapy of 12 weeks in both groups compared in patients with TCM score, serum markers (ALT, AST, γ-GT) , （TC, TG ）, FBG, IRI and Liver B-imaging improve the situation.. Results: The statistical analysis of test data, compared with those before treatment and after treatment, the observation of two groups of indicators have different levels of statistical significance (P0.05 or P0.01). To improve the situation for each indicator between the two groups except serum indicators of liver enzymes improving no significant statistical difference (P0.05), varying degrees of TCM group were superior to the control group (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusions: Jianpihuazhuo Decoction suitable for the Spleen weakness Phlegm wet card of NAFLD, both can guarantee the liver and fall the enzyme, fall the fat and the sugar, can also improve Liver B-imaging and clinical various symptoms.
