Clinical Study on Jieduhuoxuetang united Salieylazosufapyridine intreating of in treating of Ankylosing Spondylitis Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Rheumatic Rheumatic Disease Author:Lei Xuejiao Tutor:Prof.Fu Xinli Abstract Objective:To evalute Jieduhuoxue tang united salicylazosulfapyridine sulfasalazine treatment of ankylosing spondylitis clinical efficacy .To explore the ankylosing spondylitis TCM Etiology,Pathogenesis and new treatment. Methods:60 selected patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into treatment grop(30cases),the control grop(30casea),patients in the treatment group were administered with Jieduhuoxue United salicylazosulfapyridine sulfasalazine ,while those in the control grop treated with salicylazosulfapyridine sulfasalazine. Total therapeutic course was 6 months . Adopting the ASAS20 and BASDAI50 standards developed by international ASAS Working Group and efficiency of TCM Syndromes criteria to evaluate the efficiency of Chinese medicine treatment of AS. Results: After treatment,the syndromes scors,physical signs,the primary efficacy ,inflammatory indexs of groups both improved. The ASAS20 improvement rates reanched In the treatment group and the controled grop,were 83% (25 cases)and 53%(16 cases),and the BASDAI50 standard percentage achieved was 50%(15 cases)and 13%(4 cases)respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: Jieduhuoxue soup united salicylazosulfapyridine sulfasalazine can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with ankylosing spondylitis,signs,lower ESR and CRP remission of di
