Methods ：Through clinical summary, review of the literature and clinical research method, observation of diabetic nephropathy (IV) syndrome of yinxushire in patients taking Tangshenning Recipe side effect, and set up the control group,12 weeks of treatment, observed in patients with clinical symptoms and endothelin, nitric oxide changes and inflammatory factor level changes and blood glucose, lipids,24 hours quantification of urinary protein, HbA1c, BUN,Scr before and after the treatment. Results ： Study of Tangshenning Recipe can significantly improve vascular endothelial function of DN, reduce the abnormal elevation of inflammatory cytokines, reduce excretion of urinary protein, lessen kidney damage, while effectively reducing blood glucose, blood lipid and HbA1c and improve the clinical symptoms.
