第 29卷第 1期 2006年 1月 北京中医药大学学报 　 　 Vol. 29 No. 1 J an. 2006 Journal of B eij ing U n iversity of Traditional Ch inese M edicine ·4 1 · ·名师与高徒 · 王琦 “辨体 - 辨病 - 辨证诊疗模式 ”的理论要素与临床应用 靳 　琦 (北京中医药大学 　北京 100029) 摘要 : “辨体 - 辨病 - 辨证诊疗模式 ”是以辨体论治为切入点 ,将辨体 、辨病 、辨证相结合 ,进行综合 运用的一种临床诊疗模式 ,是基于体质理论构建 、科学实验和临床实践的总结和升华 。其以辨体论 治为基础和根本 , 以 “体病相关 ”和 “体质可调 ”学说为依据 ,沟通疾病 、证候和体质的内在联系 ,拓 展临床思维空间 ,适应多元复杂的临床要求 。在具体应用上 ,或防病重调体 ,或治病先调体 ,或治病 兼调体 ,尤其当无证可辨时 ,辨体可补偏救弊 。诊疗方法有辨体质状态论治 、辨体质类型论治 、辨体 质差异用药等 。通过列举临床案例 , 以资说明问题 。 关键词 :辨体 - 辨病 - 辨证诊疗模式 ;辨体论治 ;体病相关论 ;体质可调论 中图分类号 : E ssen tia l factor s and clin ica l applica tion of Professor W A NG Q i’s m odel of d ifferen tia tion of phy sique, d isea se and syndrom e J IN Q i ( Be ij ing Un iver sity of Ch inese M ed ic ine, Be ij ing 100029) A b stract: The model of differen tiation of p hysique, disea se and syndrom e wa s a clin ical diagno stic and treatm en t model wh ich took the p hysique differen tiation and treatm en t a s a key po in t to comb ine p hy sique, d isea se and syndrom e differen tiation s. The model summ arized and d istillated the con stitu tion theo ry, scien tific exp erim en t and clin ical p ractice. In th is model the p hysique differen tiation and treatm en t, the theory of “p hysique relating to disea se ”and “p hysique being recup erab le ”were the ba sis, the in ter nal relation sh ip between d isea se, syndrom e m an ife station s and p hysique wa s p romoted, the clin ical th ink ing wa s op ened and m u ltip le clin ical dem and swere satisfied. In clin ical p ractice the emp ha siswa s lain in p reven tion more than in recup eration , or treatm en t more than recup
