摘 要 随着新课程改革的不断深入，作为维持学校正常教学秩序，提高教育教学质量重要 保障，促进师生共同、全面发展的教学常规管理越来越受到重视。然而，许多学校在教 学常规管理中暴露了不少问题，如，强调规范化而忽视了管理过程中的人文因素，注重 所谓的 “创新”而忽视了常规管理的落实，管理思想落后，过分的量化，唯分使命， 形式主义，管理过程僵化等等。这些问题严重阻碍了普通高中教育教学的发展，影响了 师生的共同发展。 本文主要采用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈和个案分析法，在综合国内外大量相关文 献和资料，查阅N 校教学常规管理相关资料基础上，通过认真分析思考对N 校师生开展 的问卷调查和访谈，并结合自身教学管理实践，提出几点优化教学常规管理的合理的、 可行的建议。 本研究将建立在前人已有的研究成果之上，本文由三部分构成，第一部分是研究背 景简介，第二部分是论文的主体部分，共计四章，最后一部分是结论和致谢。首先第一 部分简单介绍了教学常规管理的研究背景，第二部分首先阐述教学常规管理相关理论， 进而分析N 校的问卷调查和访谈，然后对教学常规管理中暴露的问题进行分析，最后提 出如下对策与建议：教学管理者要创新教学管理观念，实施人本、校本管理；，采用民 主与集中，刚性与柔性相结合的方法重建教学常规；落实教学常规管理，精细化管理， 抓住课堂教学；优化学校组织结构，进一步开放管理系统。最后一部分是论文的结论。 关键字：普通高中；新课程改革；教学常规管理 Abstract With the further reform of the new curriculum, as the important guarantee of normal teaching in schools and the improvement of education and teaching, teaching routine management draws more and more attention these days. However, a large number of problems in routine teaching management have been and are being exposed , such as, emphasize standardization and ignore the human factors in the management process, focus more on the so-called innovation and ignore the implementation of routine teaching management, backward thought of management, excessive quantization, the only sub-mission, formalism, rigid management process and so on.
