摘 要 电视台在长期的运营过程中 产生了大量的节目素材资料 这是一笔不可复得 极为宝贵的资产和财富 即媒体资产 如何盘活 利用和管理好广播影视系统的媒体 资产是建立高效 稳定 安全 开放的数字电视平台的关键 在计算机 多媒体 通信网络等技术发展的基础上 本文提出了一个科学管理数 字电视媒体资产的方案 即媒体资产管理系统 它是建立在多媒体信息 计算机网络 数据库及数据存储等技术基础上的大型计算机网络化应用系统 该系统为不同类型的 媒体内容解决了采集 存储 编目检索 利用和发布的实际问题 围绕这一基础平台 不仅可将电视台内的非编网络和DVB 数字播出系统以及行业网站连接到一起 组成 一个完整的网络群体 还可以在平台上开展很多其他的增值业务 本文分析了媒体资产管理系统的需求 提出了系统的概念结构 规划了系统的工 作流程 对系统结构进行了设计 针对系统的关键技术提出了解决方案 包括采用双 路采集技术实现节目素材的采集编码 根据媒体资产的使用频度设计三级存储方式 进行了合理的数据库设计实现媒体资产的编目和检索 同时给出了媒体资产管理系统 与数字播出系统 EPG 系统衔接的解决方案 媒体资产管理系统是数字电视网络化建设的重要目标 是广电行业未来开展多项 业务的基础 随着越来越多的媒体经营者对媒体资产管理重视起来 我们所研究的媒 体资产管理系统解决方案将成数字电视数字化网络化的技术亮点 关键词 媒体资产管理 采集编码 三级存储 数据迁移 编目 检索 I Abstract During the TV station managing programs, plenty of information was created, which is valuable asset and wealth, and can’t been recovered. This is media assets. How to use and manager the media assets becomes the key of building a high-speed, steady and secure platform in digital TV. Base on the development of science and technology, especially in computer, multimedia, network field, we provide a solution for media management, which is Media Asset Management(MAM), which is a large computer and network application system, established on the technique of multimedia , computer, network and database. It provides the platform for inhomogeneous media contents in function areas such as coding, cataloging, storage, retrieval and delivery.
