Study on Expressway Management Information System Based on GIS A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Engineering Master Candidate：Niu Jun Supervisor：Prof. Xu Hongke Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 高速公路是国家投入资金较大的重点基础设施，是一个国家或地区经济发展水平和 社会进步的重要标志。而路政管理又是高速公路运营管理的重要组成部分。高速公路及 其配套的设施均是国家财产，都要受到国家法律法规的保护，只有通过有效的路政管理 工作，高速公路才可能处于良好的运营状态，也只有这样，高速公路的经济效益和社会 效益才有可能充分地体现出来。因此，高效可靠的路政信息管理系统对高速公路安全、 可靠的运行起着重要的作用。 论文是以河南省新郑高速公路工程项目为背景，研究并开发了基于GIS 的路政管理 信息系统。论文在对工程项目进行了详细的需求分析后，结合ArcGIS 以及Eclipse 开发 平台的可扩充性和可连接性的特点，设计并实现了路政巡查、巡查信息统计以及路政 GIS 数据管理各模块的功能。 基于GIS 的高速公路路政管理系统设计与实现完成后，试运行正常。该系统能够方 便、及时和用户交互，为用户提供了直观高效的管理界面，极大地提高了高速公路网络 路政管理的效率。 关键词：路政管理，GIS，网络视频监控，无线通信 I Abstract Expressway funding is a larger key infrastructure for a country, and it is an important sign of the level that the country or the regional’s economy and society have been developed. The administration is an important part of the operation and management of the expressway, while expressway and its supporting facilities are the property of a country, to be protected by the laws and regulations. The expressway may be in good operating condition only through the effective management, and the the expressway economic benefits and social benefits be possible to fully reflected. Therefore, efficient and reliable information management system plays an important role in expressway’s safety and reliable operation. The paper is based on the the Xinzheng expressway project, research and develop the expressways GIS-based management information system. The paper conducted a detailed needs analysis, combined with ArcGIS, and Eclipse development platform that can be scalable and connected,
