A 公司 10 万吨粗苯精制改造项目可行性研究 摘 要 企业发展的契机是成功运作项目，为确保项目的成功运作，减少或避免项目 投资失误，使项目得以顺利实施和推进，在项目投资决策之前，进行项目可行性 研究是非常有必要的。近年来，随着焦化行业的发展，注重炼焦副产品（如：粗 苯等）的深加工，已成为焦化工业综合发展、提升竞争能力的重要方向。A 公司 2005 年与 B 公司、C 公司合资建成了 5 万吨酸洗法粗苯深加工项目，取得了良 好的经济效益。为了配合公司向煤化工转型的企业发展战略，A 公司拟新建 10 万吨粗苯精制改造项目。本课题依据A公司已建 5 万吨粗苯深加工项目的相关数 据，结合目前粗苯深加工行业的市场情况，利用项目可行性研究的相关理论对 A 公司拟建 10 万吨粗苯精制改造项目进行了可行性研究。本文首先进行了可行性 研究理论综述，对国内外可行性研究的发展概况进行了阐述。第二部分则对本文 用到的可行性研究的理论依据与方法进行了详细介绍。第三部分运用项目可行性 研究的理论与方法对项目产品市场需求分析、项目建设方案、项目技术方案、投 资估算与财务评价等方面进行了系统的分析。通过对 A 公司拟建 10 万吨粗苯精 制改造项目可行性研究，证明该项目建设在技术上、经济上都是可行的。最后， 本文对此项目的后续项目建设提出了建议。 关键词：粗苯精制；可行性研究；财务评价 Feasibility Study of 100,000 Tons Crude Benzol Renovation Project for A Company ABSTRAST An opportunity for enterprise development is the successful operation of the project, while in the project investment decision-making prior to the project feasibility study, would help to reduce or avoid investment mistakes will help the smooth implementation of the project and promote, so as to ensure the successful operation of the project.
