钢框架内填预制钢混凝土剪力墙试验的研究.pdf

抗震性能，适合在地震区应用。 按照相似理论设计制作了2 榀两层、单跨 1/3 缩尺的钢框架内填预制带竖 缝钢筋混凝土剪力墙试件，对其进行了低周反复加载试验。考察了内填墙裂缝的 开展和结构变形能力，分析了结构的传力机理、破坏机理、滞回曲线、刚度退化、 变形及延性、耗能能力等。试验结果表明：竖缝墙首先在墙肢根部发生开裂，往 返荷载下墙肢两侧裂缝扩展贯通，形成根部剪切薄弱截面；抗剪连接件(U形筋) 在梁柱节点上下耳板的帮助下未发现破坏；试件的后期承载力退化缓慢，试件的 延性大于3。 通过预制内填墙与已有现浇内填墙研究的对比，总结了两者在结构整体性 能上的相似性与差别，且初步验证了预制构件性的可靠性；设计了内填墙与钢框 架的有效连接装置，对钢框架与内填墙的整体结合提供了有效的保障措施,有助 于推进钢结构抗侧力体系的工业化生产。 关键词：钢筋混凝土剪力墙；钢框架；滞回性能；试验研究；竖缝剪力墙 Abstract Steel frame with infill reinforced -concrete shear walls structure system is a kind of dual-resist lateral force structure system ,which mainly resists the shear and overturning moment that are aroused by wind load or horizontal earthquake,and effective control of the structure of the lateral displacement. Steel frame with infill reinforced -concrete shear walls structure system are composed of two parts,steel frame and infill shear walls. The steel frame and infill shear walls are connected between shear connector.The shear infill wall has larger initial stiffness, can effectively improve the structure of the overall rigidity and decrease lateral displacement. In general ，the steel frame undertakes the most vertical load,and the infill shear walls undertake the most horizontal shear and Increase the structure damping.Under the effects of earthquake,the infill shear walls will produce the large amount of small、uniform distributed shear inclined cracks,the combination structure through the crack the friction between the role and and fills in the wall of steel frame disintegrate, the deformation of steel frame, so that the structure has good energy dissipation capacity.
