论劳动技术教育在当代初中学生素质全面发展中的地位和作用 摘 要 内容摘要 :劳动技术教育是当今世界各国教育所关注的重点，也是许多国 家课程改革成败的关键.受多方面因素的影响，当前劳动技术教育在我国学 校教育中处于弱势地位 本文讨论了初中阶段劳动技术教育的内涵及其结构，分析了当代初中劳 动技术教育存在着的诸如制度欠缺、教材陈旧、方法简单、投入不足、师资 不稳、评估薄弱等一系列问题，并认为产生这些问题的根源御于:个体价值 与群体价值冲突带来的挑战、价值多元化趋势的冲击、价值 目标的理想性与 世俗性对立造成的影响、社会公正原则与社会功利矛盾的处理不当以及地域 差异导致的发展失衡.本文还从劳动技术教育具有养德、启智、益美、强身 心、促创新、锻炼生活实践能力等几个方面的功能来说明劳动技术教育是促 进初中学生素质全面发展的重要途径，最后阐述了开展初中劳动技术教育应 遵循的八条原则:稳定性原则、普遍性原则、地域性原则、综合性原则、个 体性原则、发展性原则、教育性原则及价值性原则. 关 键 词:劳动技术教育 初中阶段 问题 价值冲突 全面发展 原则 一-一一竺兰鱼丝土丝鱼些些丝堕兰鲤鱼堕黔缨翼掣华一— Abstract Content:Labor一technology education is the key point of nowadays’internationaleducation,anditisalsothecriticalpoint ofcoursereformofmanycountries.Influencedbymanyfactors, thelabortechniqueeducationofnowadaysourschooleducationis intheminorityposition.
