摘 要 由于海参具有很高的营养价值和药用价值，被人们视为重要的海参品，因而具有较高的经济价值。近年来，海参热销全国各地，市场对海参需求正在持续增加；另一方面，全国各地海参养殖面积连年翻番，尤其是非海参原产地海参养殖面积的增加，使得全国海参产量在近几年也翻了几番，对于海参养殖技术的要求也不断提高。本文主要对烟台市个体海参养殖模式情况调查，并介绍了现在正在推广的健康养殖模式。 关键词：烟台；海参；养殖模式；调查 Abstract Because sea cucumber has a high nutritional value and medicinal value, it is seen as an important sea cucumber product, which has a high economic value.
