摘 要 本文的研究成果可以为美国 “L ”打印机公司实施全球范围 内集 中采购物流提供理论依据和经验借鉴，能够有力地争取高级管理层的 支持，从而实现新产品更加快速上市，并进一步降低成本，为快速发 展中国大陆地区市场起到积极的作用。 关键词：采购，物流，集团集中采购物流，最佳订货量 - II - ABSTRACT Applied Studies on Centralized Procurement Logistics in Manufacturing Enterprise Groups ABSTRACT In 21st century, with the fast development and application of new technologies, such as product design, software programming, manufacturing, electronics, network, information, and adoption of patent, competitions between manufacturing enterprises, are no longer limited to the functions and quality of the products, but much more between prices and speeds of launch, in which the logistics supply chain plays a key role. Procurement logistics have two modes. The traditional one is decentralized procurement logistics, each branch or division of the enterprise proceeds procurement logistics independently according to their own requirements. The approval flow of which is shorter, and its implementation is quicker accordingly, additionally, it is more flexible. But it is more costly due to lack of scale effect. The other one is centralized procurement logistics, which is studied in this dissertation. Comparing to the previous one, the approval flow takes more time and implementation is much more complex, but it deserves, because one of its most important advantages is scale effects, which help the enterprise to acquire much lower unit price, more stable quality and better service.
