大学生自我对话现状及团体心理辅导的干预研究 中文摘要 大学生自我对话现状及团体心理辅导的干预研究 中文摘要 自我对话是指自我内部发生的对话，具有调节个体行为和情绪的功能。目前国内 对于自我对话的实证研究较少，对于自我对话的干预研究为空白。本研究选取 300 名大学生进行自我对话问卷调查，旨在探索大学生自我对话的现状，考察自我对话水 平与自尊水平的关系。并选取 12 名大学生作为被试，进行自我对话团体心理辅导干 预，尝试探讨改善大学生自我对话的有效手段。研究结果表明： 1、大学生自我对话水平在不同性别、不同年级上的差异不显著。 2 、大学生自我对话水平在四个不同的自我对话维度之间存在显著性差异，大学 生被试使用自我激励的对话水平最低，其次是社会评价的水平，使用自我批判和自我 管理的对话水平较高； 3、大学生自我对话的水平与自尊水平没有显著性的相关。 4 、团体心理辅导可以改善大学生的自我对话水平，经过团体辅导的干预之后， 实验组的大学生自我对话水平有所改善。 关键词：大学生 自我对话 团体辅导 作 者：陈少佳 指导老师：黄辛隐 I Abstract Undergraduate Self-talk Status and Group Counseling Intervention Study Undergraduate Self-talk Status and Group Counseling Intervention Study Abstract Self-talk is a kind of inner speech, which has function of moderating behaviors and emotions. There are only a few empirical studies of self-talk, and self-talk intervention studies are scare in China.
