摘 要 随着我国国民经济发展和科学技术水平的提高，特别是计算机技术、通信技 术、控制技术、网络技术及信息技术的飞速发展，人们对生活、学习、办公环境 的安全性、舒适性的要求日渐增长。学校大型综合教学楼一方面需要为教师和学 生提供一个高度安全、舒适、方便的内部环境，另一方面也需要利用现代科技手 段最大程度的减少教学楼运行费用，提高运行效率，及时发现和排除各种故障。 本文基于大型教学楼智能管理和监控系统的需要，结合重庆市某高校新建大型教 学楼智能化监控系统实施工程而开展相关技术研究和工程实施。 本文设计的教学楼智能监控系统能实现室内温度、湿度的检测与控制，火情 检测以及室内照明灯的控制。系统由传感器电路、模数转换电路、主控单片机、 执行机构等部分组成，利用 VB6.0 编制的上位机软件，可以实现教学楼环境实时 数据的采集、实时数据曲线的绘制、历史数据曲线的显示、实时控制参数的修改， 从而实现对教学楼环境的监测和控制。由于教学楼温度和湿度环境很难建立系统 精确的数学模型，利用常规的控制算法难以获得满意的控制效果，本文采用模糊 控制算法实现对室内温湿度的控制。 关键词：智能建筑，监控系统，数据采集，自动控制 I ABSTRACT With the development of our national economy and science and technology, especially the speedy development of computer technology, automatic control technology, communication technology, network technology and information technology, people have increasing demands for the security and comfort the living, study and work environment could offer. College teaching buildings, on the one hand, are supposed to provide a secure, comfortable and convenient teaching and learning environment for both teachers and students. On the other hand, they are also required to be streamlined in terms of its operation management. This paper discussed the research and application of the technology of intellectualized management and monitoring system of good-sized teaching buildings. The intellectualized monitoring system designed and applied in the paper is capable of detecting and controlling the interior temperature and humidity, fire detection and interior floodlight controlling.
