职技高师院校学生激励机制研究和实践——以天津职业技术师范大学为例.pdf

中文摘要 高校学生激励机制是激发大学生积极性的有效手段，激励机制 在高校中的育人与成才两方面都起到重要作用。职技高师的办学理 念观与培养目标与普通高校有一定的区别，构建和优化符合职技高 师大学生特点的激励机制，将职技高师大学生的个人需求与实现学 校培养目标有机相结合，就显得尤为重要。通过对有别于普通高校 的职技高师大学生激励机制研究实践，能够最大限度地调动职技高 师大学生的积极性、创造性并挖掘他们的潜能，充分地利用职技高 师的资源，提高职业技术师范教育的效能。 本文以激励和激励机制作为切入点，阐述了国内外主要的激励 理论并分析激励理论对高校激励活动中给予的启示；并以天津职业 技术师范大学为例，明晰了职技高师学生激励机制的内涵，通过文 献分析、调查访问等方式以奖励和处罚两方面论述了激励机制的主 要内容，并分析了职技高师学生激励机制的存在的主要问题和成因； 最后在对职技高师激励机制存在问题和成因的研究基础之上，结合 激励机制的相关理论，提出了职技高师激励机制的构建要以办学理 念为主线，要掌握权变性和灵活性的原则，并从内部激励机制和外 部激励机制两个方面对职技高师激励机制进行实证研究和策略优 化。 关键词：职技高师 激励机制 办学特色 优化 ABSTRACT The college students incentive mechanism is an effective way to stimulate students to be active, furthermore, the incentive mechanism plays an important role both in the process of knowledge obtaining and students self development. There are some differences between the technical teacher university and the general university in terms of educational philosophy and educational goals. It is very important to build and optimize the incentive mechanism that conform technical teacher university students characteristics and combine the students individual needs and universitys educational goals.
