期复查影像学血清肿瘤标志物指标。 结果 腹腔镜手术组与开腹手术组都顺利完成手术，腹腔镜手术组与开腹组清除淋巴结数目 两组间差异在统计学上无意义(PO．05)，腹腔镜手术组的手术时间较开腹组手术时间明 显加长，但腹腔镜手术组较开腹手术组手术中出血量减少、住院时间缩短 (PO．05)。两 组患者到目前影像学及血清肿瘤标志物指标均未发现复发迹象，术后患者饮食基本正常。 结论 腹腔镜胃癌根治术是安全可行的，腹腔镜手术与开腹手术相比较，腹腔镜手术具有同 样的治疗效果，同时具有减少术中出血量、胃肠功能恢复快、减轻术后疼痛、减短住院时 间等优点。 关键词：腹腔镜手术；胃切除术；胃癌 Abstract Background And Objective Gastriccanceristhefourthmostcommoncancerandthesecondhighcasefatality rate of cancer.
