Procedures Warming up by revision In section A we have learned some description words about weather such as snowy, sunny, rainy, cloudy, windy, and so on. Here are some pictures. Please say something about the weather in the pictures using these description words. Who’s the volunteer? Good, you’re great! Today we’ll learn some more description words about weather. Look at the board please and say after me aloud: warm, cool, hot, cold, humid. Now please describe the pictures using new description words. Model: A: How’s the weather in Picture a? B: It’s hot. A: What’s the weather like in Picture b? B: It’s humid. 1a Matching Now open your book and turn to page 34. Look at the words in 1a and read them aloud. Then try to match each word with one of the pictures. Write the letter of each picture next to one of the words.
