摘要 后金融危机时代，全球经济百废俱兴，同时金融危机也暴露了我国企业的很多问题。我国有相当一部分企业单纯追求销量不重质量，过度依赖外国市场，忽视了财务管理的核心地位，管理思想僵化落后，企业管理仅局限于生产经营管理格局之中，企业财务管理和风险控制的作用没有得到充分发挥，对我国企业也带来了诸多负面影响。究其原因主要是缺乏一个行之有效的财务管理模式的支持。因此，深化财务改革，挖掘财务潜能，提高财务管理水平，对财务管理的运作方式进行改革，构建与我国企业现状相适应的财务管理模式，乃是当务之急。 因此，本文在后金融危机这个时代背景下，分析现今我国企业财务管理常用模式及其存在的问题，探讨经济环境对企业管理模式的影响，进一步研究后金融危机时代企业财务管理模式如何完善。 关键词：后金融危机时代；财务管理模式；完善 Abstract The Financial crisis after age, the global economy BaiFeiJuXing, and financial crisis it has also exposed a our country business enterprise of a lot of problems.
