Subject : Development of Infrared Monitoring Software System of Electromechanical Equipments Specialty : Electromechanical Engineering Name : Wang Xiaofei (Signature) Instructor: Ma Hongwei (Signature) ABSTRACT In this paper , an infrared monitoring software system of electromechanical equipment is developed , which is based on the technology of infrared detection , used ADO database , ActiveX/COM component technologies and etc , and used Visual C++ as a development platform , A40 model as basis. In this paper , an infrared monitoring software system of electromechanical equipment is researched and developed , due to the simple and limited practical function of infrared monitoring software system on A40 model and the need of electromechanical equipment monitoring . The modular software system is divided into temperature measurement module , image processing module , and fault alarm module . In temperature measurement module , a temperature measurement on points and area analysis is completed by the relationship between infrared temperature and gray , and image storage function is completed by studied the structure of bitmap. In image processing module , we studied some classics image processing algorithm and integrated them into the system to meet different requirements for different images. In fault alarm module , fault warning function is completed by researched relative temperature difference method .
