AbstractAbstractTheeducationandresearchofcareerplanningisscarcelyappliedinourguidanceandadvicetouniversitystudentsonemployment.Inrecentyears,Chinesehighereducationisinatransitionphasetothemass,resultingintheemploymentsituationofuniversitygraduatesincreasinglyserious.Normalhygieneinparticular,theemergenceofnewemploymentdilemma.Thisisanurgentrequirementobjectivelyattachesimportancetoandstrengthenthenormalhygiene‘scareerplanning.Theintroductionoftheconceptofcareerplanningprovidesanewwayofthoughtandlearningforcareerguidanceforcollegestudents.Thisarticleofresearchideasfollowstheory,acauseoftheproblemanalysisofasuggestionforimprovement.First,careerplanningofcollegestudentsinvolvedinthecoreconceptsandrelatedtheoriesareanalyzed,followedbypairsofChineseuniversitystudents,careerplanningandemploymentstatusandtoguidethemainproblemshasbeendescribedChinesecurrentcollegestudentsandcareerplanningproblemsandtheirconductedacomprehensiveanalysisofthecauses.Onthisbasic,combinedwiththetheoryofcareerplanningandpersonalreflectiononthenormalhygienecareerplanningandemploymentguidancetotheworktoimprovetheresponse.Thispaperisorganizedasfollows:ThefirstchapterisIntroductionabouttisstudy,introducedthebackground,meaning,ideasandmethodstooutlineZhicollar.Thesecondchapter,anoverviewofcareerplanningstudy.Todefinecareerplanningconcepts,tointroducemajorclassicaltheoryofcareerplanning.toexplainthesignificanceofcareerplanning,employmentofuniversitystudentsthatcareerplanningandanalysisofthecausesoftheproblems,anddescribesthisspecialgroupofstudentsofnormaluniversitiestoconductcareertheneedforplanning.Tolaythetheoreticalbasisforthisstudy.ChapterIII,thecurrentsituationofcollegestudents’careerplanning,thisparttakeaplantodefineconceptsofcollegestudents’careersplanning;topointouttheemploymentstatusofcollegestudentsanddemonstratetherelationshipbetweencareerplanningandcareerplanning.InChapterIV,wefocusIIAbstractoncarryingoutcareerplanningandenhancingtheemployabilityofnormalhygiene.Tore-examinethetrainingconcep
