以培养创新人才为导向的大学个性化教育研究　AbstractTheimplementationofindividualizededucation，onthebasisofrespectforthestudentspersonality,stimulatestheirlearningenthusiasm,initiativeandcreativity,andfullytaptheircreativepotential,isnotonlyourhighereducationreformanddevelopmentrequirementsofthetimes,butalsouniversitiesrequirementofdevelopingmorecreativetalents.However,inChinashighereducationpractice,Chinasuniversityofindividualizededucationisindifficulties,mainlyasfollows:thebigotryofeducationalphilosophy,thevariationofmanagement,thesinglemodeoftraining,theoldsystemofteachingcontentsandthecurriculum,thebackwardnessofteachingmethodsandthemachineryofevaluation.Thispaperholdsthatthemajorsourcesofourhardshipintheimplementationofuniversityindividualizededuca-tionaretheChinastraditionalcultureofhiddennegative,theexcessivetoolreasonofpost-industrialsociety,theimpactoflongtimesimpleuniformsystemofeducation,andotherfactors.Thispaperpresentssomepolicyproposalstopromotetheuniversityindividualizededucationofcreativetalentscultivationoriented,includingthefollowingareas:establishingtheconceptofindividualizededucation,constructingtheteachingcontentandcurriculumsystemwhichadapttothestudentpersonalitydevelopment,establishingtheteachingmanagementmodelofaindividualizededucationandimplementingheuristicteachinganddiversifi-cationofteachingevaluation.Thispapercomprehensiveusesthemethodsofliteratureresearchandcompara-tivestudy,systematicallysummarizesexistingresearchresults.Itexplainsthecontentoftheuniversityindividualizededucationfromphilosophyandpsychology,explorestheindividualizededucationroleinthepracticeofcreativetalentstraining,analysistheobjectiveandsubjectivereasonsoflackingofindividualizededucationinChinasuniversitiesanddiscussthewayofimplementindividualizededucation,soastoprovidesusefulinspirationforpromotingthecreativetalentscultivationmodelreform.Keywords：universityindividualizededucation，creativetalentscultivation，thespiritofinnovation，highereducationpracticeII承诺书本人郑重声明：所呈交的学位论文，是本人在导师指导下，独立进行研
