Governments of different levels have to face an important issue which is how to improve and strengthen the role of social management to fit the new requirements. It is emergence to innovate and perfect the management system of social organization for the healthy development of social organization as the idea of perfecting social development to maintain the peace and stability of social has been arisen at the Seventeenth CPC National Congress. According to the practice in Hunan, the author analyzes management system, the current situation and problems of social organization in Hunan objectively. The policy proposals about strengthening the construction and innovation of the management system to promote?its development has also been raised.
