民营企业员工离职风险防范机制研究 摘要 随着中国的综合国力的提高,名营企业发展的越来越迅速,在我国经济中发挥着重大作用。然而它的不适应市场经济发展也越发明显。人员的离职导致人才的流失制约着它的发展速度。这一问题需要得到解决,否则会影响到名营企业日后的发展速度。我国民营企业的管理模式是工作人员的工作压力加大,没有做到任人唯贤,才尽其用,而且工资比较少,这个使工作人员缺乏工作的积极性,企业的文化底蕴也不够深厚,没有良好的工作氛围。与之相反,国外著名企业尊重员工的隐私,假期时间也合理的安排。充分的发挥了以人为本的理念。值得我国名营企业深思与借鉴。根据分析,在我国民营企业的发展过程中,应意识到员工流失对企业造成的伤害,民营企业应建立良好的机制进行调控管理,减少对企业所受到的损失。 关键词 :民营企业 工作者流失 薪酬体系 假期安排 Abstract Nowadays,comprehensive national strength Chinese is becoming more strength,personal company’s development more and more fastly,it is plays a vital role in the economy of our country.However,it does not adapt the market economy development is more and more apparent.Staff turnover led to the loss of talent restricts its development speed.This issue needs to be resolved,otherwise it will affect the future development of enterprises speed camp.Our country private enterprise management mode is the staff working pressure,do not do meritocracy,use,and pay less,this makes the staff lack of work enthusiasm,the enterprise culture is not deep,not good work.In contrast,the famous foreign enterprises employees to respect the privacy,vacation time and reasonable arrangement.Give full play of the human-oriented concept.My name is Ying enterprise thinking and learning.According to the analysis,in the development process of Chinas private enterprises,should be aware of the damage caused by the loss of employees of enterprises,private enterprises should establish a good mechanism for the regulation of management,reduce the losses of enterprises. 目录 摘要 1 Abstract 1 引言 Agho,AugustineO,Mueller,CharlesW,Price,James L Professional turnover:the case of nurses.
