By studying the feasibility of investing in GNM Corp, the writer expect to find the commonplace in character of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise in order to provide the model for the others. This article has conducted the thorough research from each aspect to GNM Corporation, including the GNM Corporations product, the market and the financial situation has carried on the thorough analysis. And unifies to its new production base appraisal, the author has forecasted to the GNM Corporations future situation. The author analyzed the investment feasibility from the venture capital angle, and analyzed the investment main risk point, and proposed the specific risk control measures.
