青海大学昆仑学院 毕 业 设 计 题 目： 失业与通货膨胀 作 者： 谢桂芳 学 号： 1256105016 专业年级： 12级经济（1）班 指导教师： 殷颂葵 完成时间： 2014年12月20日 失业与通货膨胀关系的分析 摘要 通货膨胀和失业之间的关系是经济学的基本问题，宏观经济政策的重要目标就是实现低通货膨胀下的充分就业。而能直观的表述通货膨胀和失业之间关系的就是菲利普斯曲线。这一曲线在1958年由伦敦经济学家菲利普斯提出。1960年，萨缪尔森和索洛，提出了对菲利普斯曲线的修正，把失业率与货币工资变化率之间的关系曲线，修正为通货膨胀率与失业率之间的关系曲线。即通货膨胀率高时，失业率低；通货膨胀率低时，失业率高。为了解释新的宏观经济现象，现代的菲利普斯曲线对原始的形式作了重要的修正。弗里德曼等人指出，传统的菲利普斯曲线忽略了预期通货膨胀对工资率决定的影响。于是，弗里德曼提出了对菲利普斯曲线的又一次修正，这种修正体现在把菲利普斯曲线划分为长期和短期，并用适应性预期理论，自然失业率假说解释了短期菲利普斯曲线的有效性和长期菲利普斯曲线的无效性。 关键字：通货膨胀，失业，通货膨胀率，失业率，长期菲利普斯曲线，短期菲利普斯曲线  Abstract The relationship between inflation and unemployment is the fundamental problem of economics, macroeconomic policies of important goal is to realize full employment under low inflation. And intuitive expression of the relation between inflation and unemployment is the Phillips curve. This curve by economists Phillips, London in 1958.In 1960,Mr Samuel son and Solow, proposed to the Phillips curve correction, the unemployment rate and the relationship between the money wage rate curve, correction for the curve of the relationship between inflation and unemployment. The inflation rate is high, the unemployment rate is low; The rate of inflation low, unemployment is high. In order to explain the new macroeconomic phenomenon, the Phillips curve to the original form of modern important correction. Friedman and others point out that the traditional Phillips curve to ignore the expected inflation rate decision. So, Friedman proposed to the Phillips curve and a correction, the correction is embodied in the Phillips curve is divided into long-term and short-term, and adaptive expectations theory, natural rate hypothesis to explain the effectiveness of the short-term Phillips curve and the inefficiencies of long-term Phillips curve.
