Grantz, MD, MS OBJECTIVE: Fetal growth is associated with long-term health yet no cubic splines. Estimated fetal weight (EFW) and biometric parameter appropriate standards exist for the early identification of undergrown percentiles (5th, 50th, 95th) were determined for each gestational or overgrown fetuses.
