Department: Foreign Language Department Grade: 2005 Major: English Student Name: Liu Ying Advisor: Huang Tieju The Far East Institute of Harbin University of Science and Technology May 10 , 2007 解读英国浪漫主义---从一个结构性的意象“花园”开始 摘 要 [内容提要]　英国浪漫主义，作为一个文学的历史阶段，在1798年华兹华斯和柯尔律治所写的抒情歌谣集的出版开始，并于1832年沃尔特斯科特爵士逝世和第一项改革法案在议会中的通过而结束。 在此期间，英国经历了深刻的经济和社会变革。最大的社会变革是人口从农村迁往城镇被称为英国历史上的大转移。由于开放和农业机械化，农民被赶出他们的土地;一些移居殖民地;一些沦为了佃农而更多的农民涌向了工业城镇去满足那里日益增加的劳动力需求。但是，新的工业城镇，不比丛林，那里的法律是“适者生存” 。残酷的经济剥削造成英格兰大规模的工人骚乱。 本文试图从“诗歌中的花园”这个角度,以文本细读与语境映照的方式来研究浪漫主义的一个核心理念“自然崇拜”如何转化为英国文学中的一个重要的视觉意象。通过解读华兹华斯、拜伦和济慈三位诗人的花园意象的风格类型,描述存在于想象空间的花园和存在于现实空间的花园之间的互相仿写的关系,笔者论述了浪漫派诗人如何将自然情感化,把情感(花园)意象化。 关键词：浪漫主义;风景花园;自然　 Reading English romanticism beginning from a structure idea 揼arden?Abstractag English Romanticism, as a historical phase of literature, is generally said to have began in 1798 with the publication of Wordsworth and Coleridges Lyrical Ballads and to have ended in 1832 with Sir Walter Scotts death and the passage of the first Reform Bill in the Parliament. During this period, England had experienced profound economic and social change. The biggest social change in English history was the transfer of large masses of the population from the countryside to the towns. As a result of the Enclosures and the agricultural mechanization, the peasants were driven of their land; some emigrated to the colonies; some sank to the level of farm laborers and many others drifted to the industrial towns where there was a growing demand for labor. But the new industrial towns were no better than jungles, where the law was the survival of the fittest. The cruel economic exploitation caused large-scale workers disturbances in England. This paper tries to find out the romantic core ideal of how the nature adoration was transformed into an important idea of vision sense in English literature by the way of intensive reading and language envir
