基于PLC的食用油灌装生产线的电气控制设计 摘 要：当前，国内食用油灌装机械制造行业上规模的企业不多，行业产品虽比较丰富，但具体制造厂商受发展水平所限，产品线不够完善。多数企业主要是以部件或小型灌装设备的形式供给产品，能够承接整条生产线工程的企业为数不多。本设计根据现实生产需要使用PLC控制，利用现有的成熟技术，对整个生产线进行智能化控制，实现完全自动化。大大改善了生产效率，节省了人力成本，对食用油灌装行业有着很高的促进作用。 关键词：可编程控制器；伺服电机；人机界面；传感器；变频器； The Design of Electrical Control About the Oil Filling Production Line In the PLC-based Abstract：At present，the manufacturing industry of edible oil filling machine that n more extensive is seldom,but the definiting manufacturers are limited by the development level.Product lines are not perfect.The majority of companies supply products mainly in
