 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT - 17 - 摘 要 随着科学技术的不断进步，人民群众的生活质量得到不断地提高，继广播、电视之后，网络等新兴媒体相继诞生并迅速发展。由于互联网的不断成长，数字化时代的到来使得我们日常的生活、学习、工作都与网络有着密不可分的联系。不过由于网络环境具有虚拟的特性，因而对于网络的监管就变得十分困难，网络侵权、盗版等事件层出不穷。因而在纷繁复杂的网络环境下如何保护网络环境下的著作权，就成了国内外社会不得不关注的课题。面对网络技术对网络著作权的冲击，论文将结合我国有关法律规定，从著作权网络侵权的概念及特点、著作权网络侵权的表现形式、著作权网络侵权的构成要件及责任承担、现有著作权网络侵权常规处理办法的不足及改进建议四个方面进行阐述。希望能够给立法者在制定相关法规、政策时提供一点思路，从而平衡网络环境??各方对著作权的利益，完善好、发展好著作权法，维护好著作权人的合法利益,从而促进网络文化产业的科学发展，推动社会主义和谐社会的建设。 关键词：著作权 网络 侵权 Abstract: With the continuous progress of science and technology, the quality of life of the people has been constantly improving, following the radio, television, Internet and other new media have been born and developed rapidly.
