摘　　要 近些年来，机器人向的发展机器人智能化水平的提高， 然而工业机器人作为机器人中的典型代表，应经广泛应用于工业领域。不用怀疑，工业机器人在很多生产厂家的应用已经证明，它在提高生产效率，提高产品的产量跟质量，降低工人的劳动强度，增加生产厂家的经济效益等方面有着突出的贡献跟作用，除此，它对工作环境还有较强的适应能力，尤其在很多恶劣的环境下，工业机器人照样可以正常作业，相信工业机器人的这一系列的优点将会对未来的人们的生产生活带来一次革命性的推动作用。 本文根据罐装啤酒生产线实际应用的要求，通过查询相关文献资料，充分利用相关的机械设计知识，设计了一种五自由度关节型搬运机械人。这种机器人可以在很小的工作空间内进行啤酒箱搬运作业，同时在整个搬运过程中它还具有不仅工作平稳，结构刚性也是不错的，而且夹紧可靠，还能够实现机械自锁等一系列优点。由于这种机器人适应性强，所以它还可以广泛应用于与啤酒箱搬运相类似的生产线搬运作业，它能够很大程度上地降低工人的劳动强度，提高生产工作效率，安全可靠。本文中的很多设计原理和设计方法相信也会为类似的搬运机械设计，提供了一个很好地参考范例。 关键词：搬运机器人；五自由度；关节型；啤酒箱 Design of the robot for handing beer box Abstract In recent years, as a new high-tech products, robots are widely used in the production of peoples life. with the development of robot in all walks of life and in the level of intellig-ent increase year by year,robot has been widely used in many manufacturing industrial robots for production, robot also applies to some of manufacturing industry, such as con-struction, mining, water conservancy and hydropower system maintenance, even the mai-ntenance robot also adopts the robot technology. Industrial robots as a typical representative among in all kinds of robots, should be widely applied in industrial field. With no doubt, the application of industrial robots in many factories has proved that it can improve the production efficiency, improve product yield and quality, reduce the labor intensity of workers, increase the economic benefits of manufacturers and so on.It has the prominent contribution . In addition, it has a strong ability to adapt to the work environment, even in a lot of bad environments, industrial ro-bots also can do normal operation,so I believe that these advantages of industrial robots will bring a revolutionary role.in the peoples production and life in the future .
