So two specially designed fixture: lathe and milling machine fixture fixture, mainly including fixture locating scheme, clamping schemes, scheme against the knife, clamp and specific positioning key design and analysis of the machining accuracy, etc. The design of milling machine has good precision, pertinence, mainly for the double milling lathe tailstock sleeve parts double groove machining process. Its clamping force device, the qualifications for the modern machine tool fixture efficiency, and the characteristics of motors, can effective reduce the processing time and auxiliary time, greatly improving the labor productivity, and thus can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers and increase the labor efficiency. The lathe fixture has increased productivity, expand the scope of machine tool technology, reduce labor intensity and ensure safe production and so on characteristics, mainly used for cutting and inside the hole in the pump body and face, and the oil pump in combined with the fixture.
