某中型一类汽车维修企业设计 摘 要 汽车维修企业前期的设计规划非常重要，维修企业经过妥善的规划才能使仪器设备更具效率，使工作环境更具整洁性与美观性，从而增加工作人员的工作效率，减少意外事故的发生以及获得更多用户的信赖，笔者通过阅读大量的文献，参观身边的汽车维修企业后，对我国汽车维修企业做了初步的分析，同时对我国中型一类汽车维修企业生存发展的优劣势做了分析，在广州选址拟建了一家以出租汽车集团为核心客户，从事捷达整车大修的中型一类维修企业，首先拟定了这间维修企业的全年生产纲领，拟定这家维修企业的生产纲领后进行了基本的企业员工人数计算、企业建筑面积的计算，并对企业做了初步的维修车间平面设计、企业总体平面设计、企业工艺流程设计以及企业哲学、理念等方面的设计，希望能给我国中型一类汽车维修企业的建造提供一定的参考价值。 关键词：汽车维修企业；计算；设计；规划 Abstract The design of the vehicle maintenance enterprise pro-phase planning is very important, through proper planning to make equipment maintenance enterprises more efficient, make working environment more clean and beautiful sex, thus increasing the working efficiency of the staff and reduce the occurrence of accidents, and obtain the trust of more users, the author through reading a large number of documents, after visiting the vehicle maintenance enterprise around, vehicle maintenance enterprise in China made a preliminary analysis of medium type of vehicle maintenance and repair enterprise survival and development of our country at the same time analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of which, the location of the proposed in Guangzhou for a taxi group as the core customer, medium type of maintenance enterprises engaged in Jet-ta vehicle overhaul, first drawn up the maintenance enterprises annual production program, and formulate the maintenance enterprises production program after the basic enterprise headcount calculation, construction area of calculation, and has made the preliminary to the enterprise maintenance workshop plane design, enterprise total plane design, process design and the design of corporate philosophy, concept, etc, the hope can give the construction of a medium type of vehicle maintenance enterprise in China to provide certain reference value.
