民营企业社会责任问题研究 摘要:近年来，发源于西方的企业社会责任运动在我国蓬勃兴起。中国企业正在接 受经济全球化的洗礼，国际社会对企业的社会责任要求己经从号召转变成一种具 体行动，企业承担社会责任己经成为一种不可阻挡的历史趋势。目前，与企业有 直接关联的环境污染、企业诚信缺失、劳资纠纷、劳工歧视等问题的频频发生， 使我国成为全球企业社会责任运动的重点地区。正因为这些问题的存在，为企业社会责任运动在的开展提供了广阔的空间。 改革开放 30 多年来，我国的民营 企业从无到有、从小到大，经历了从解决生计到原始积累，再到有了一定实力和规模的发展过程，即从“初创期”向“成长期”和“成熟期”的过渡。从承担社会责任的角度看，民营企业也经历了从个体责任到社会责任的转变过程。一些有担当、有抱负的民营企业家也都纷纷意识到合理承担企业社会责任的必要性和重要性。因此，民营企业承担社会责任是大势所趋。 中国民营企业在自身发展过程中暴露出许多问题，在企业社会责任的承担过程中也有很多不足。因此，民营企业在承担社会责任方面还任重道远。本文研究的目的就是通过对我国民营企业社会责任现状的研究和问题的分析，探索加强民营企业社会责任建设的具体对策，试图在理论上为民营企业社会责任的深入研究，在实践中为民营企业社会责任的自觉履行提供有益的参考。 本文根据企业社会责任的基础理论，分析了我国民营企业承担社会责任的现 状，研究了民营企业在承担社会责任方面存在的问题以及问题产生的原因，在此 基础上提出了加强我国民营企业社会责任建设的具体对策。 关键词:民营企业；企业社会责任；原因；对策 Abstract;In recent years, corporate social responsibility movement originated in western flourished in our country.
