Abstract:Thechallengesoftoday’sworldrequirecollegestudentshavedifferentskillsandknow how toapplytheknowledge
acquiredtosolvenewsituations.Thetraditionalmodeofteachingwith1ectures,stillpresentinmanysubjectsofhteengineering,
seemstofavorhtedevelopmentofthenecessaryskills,asactiveuseofknowledgerequired[1】.However,theyareusingsimulation
gamesasaneducationalmehtodinmanyuniversitiesintheworldfortheadvantagestheypresentforlearningandthedevelopment
ofvariousskills,tosimulatespecificsituationsofprofessionalactivity[2].Thispaperpresentssomebackgroundandrequirements
thatgamesmustmeeteducationalpurposesandproposehteiruseinsubjectsrelatedtoeconomics,managementandorganizationof
productionengnieeringprorgamswhereyoucanteachandlearn from buildingproductswiht simpleitemslikecardboardpaperon
htetheoryofconstructionismtobuildaproductwherepeoplearebuildingtheoriesandknowledgeinthemind[3].Theuseofgames
isnotwidespreadni universitiesinArgentina,howeveryoucangeneratemoremotivatinglearningsituationsasitleavestheboard
becominglessabstractandmoreconcretelearning.Classroom climatechangesassutdentstakeamoreparticipatory roleandhte
teacherintervenesasaguideorfacilitatoroflearning.Thisworkcouldmotivateteachersandresearcherstopromotetheirusein
teachingandinfutureresearchtoevaluatehtepotentialofitsuseasalearningtoo1.
