2009 年我院药品不良反应报告分析 杜小波 ，孙素馨 （西安市华山中心医院 西安 710043 ） 摘 要：目的：了解我院药品不良反应（ADR ）发生的特点与规律，促进临床合理用 药。方法：对我院2009 年收集的 64 例 ADR 报告，分别从患者性别、年龄、给药途径、所 用药物、引发 ADR 的药品种类及发生率、ADR 涉及的系统及临床表现等进行统计分析。结 果：从性别看，64 例报告中男女性别比例无明显差异。从年龄看，60 岁以上患者 ADR 发 生率高于其它年龄段（16 例，占 25% ），从给药途径看，静脉滴注较其它给药途径更易发生 ADR （62 例，占 96.88% ），从药物分类看，抗感染药引发ADR 的比例最高（43 例，占 67.19% ）， 从 ADR 的临床表现看，以皮疹、瘙痒等皮肤及其附件损害为主，结论：应高度重视 ADR 工作，完善相关报告分析制度，确保用药安全。 关键词：药品不良发应；报告；分析 Abstract: Objective: To investigate the characteristics and general features of adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in our hospital for reference of clinical rational drug administration. Methods: 64 ADR cases collected in our hospital in 2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients’ gender, age, route of administration, variety of drugs and their percentages of inducing ADR, system related to ADR and clinical manifestations etc. Results: Looking from the perspective of gender, there was no sharp difference between male and female. Looking from the perspective of age, the incidence of patients over 60 years old was higher than other age groups (16 cases, 25%). Looking from the perspective of route of administration, the ADR in intravenously administered drugs was more easily induced compared with other routes of administration (62 cases, 96.88%). Looking from the perspective of variety of drugs, the ratio of the ADR induced by antimicrobials was the highest (43 cases, 67.19%). Looking from the perspective of clinical manifestations, the main clinical manifestations were rash, itch and lesion of skin and its accessories. Conclusion: ADR monitoring should be highly emphasized and related report analysis system should be improved to ensure clinical rational drug administration. Keywords: Adverse Drug Reaction (A
