Coloured scanning electron micrograph (SEM) of Bacillus anthracis spores. 二、生物学特性 （二）培养特性 本菌对营养要求不严格，在一般培养基上即可生长。生长温度范围14℃~44℃ ，最适温度30℃~ 37℃。pH范围6.0~8.5，最适pH7.2~7.6。
