民办中学教师管理策略个案及研究.pdf

万方数据 摘要 自从我国的民办教育促进法实施以来，民办教育在国内获得了很大的发展， 其已经进入到一个发展关键期。教师是发展教育事业的第一资源和核心要素，然 而，当前作为民办教育核心要素的教师队伍却存在错综复杂的局面，这不利于民 办教育的发展和进步。所以调查民办中学教师的管理现状，同时提出相应的管理 策略对促进民办教育的良性发展是很必要的。以安徽省临泉县民办中学为个案进 行研究，分析临泉民办中学教师管理存在的问题，试图找出适合民办中学教师管 理有效策略，进而促进民办中学健康有序地发展。笔者认为，在民办中学管理方 面，应做到：一、遵循教育发展规律；二、发挥相关行政部门的职能作用，建立 新的教师管理机制，维护教师正当利益，激发教师教学的主动精神和创造精神； 三、采用科学的、合理的、人性化的教师管理策略。围绕着这一主旨，笔者同时 还介绍了日、美等国民办中学教师管理的成功做法和经验，以期使得民办中学教 师管理策略更具有科学性。 关键词：民办中学；教师管理；策略研究；个案 I 万方数据 The study on the strategies of teachers management in non-governmental middle schools Abstract As the private Education Promotion law was promulgated, Non-governmental education develops quickly. It has reached a very important stage. Human resources are the most important elements among the resources distribution. Of course, teachers are the most important factors too. However, teachers group is in complex situation, which is harmful to non-governmental middle schools development and progress. So it is necessary to research to do a research to non-governmental schools’ management situation and strategies. The paper is based on Linquan’ non-governmental middle schools. The writer tries to analyze the problems of teachers management and does her best to find out better strategies to promote non-governmental schools development in Linquan .The writer thinks that on teachers management, we should do these things as follows: first, we should obey the law of development of education; second, and relative functional departments should play their roles
