Methods: 80 cases of chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was treated with the chaibanliuhe soup , and control group was treated with Uremic Clearance granule, 2 months for a course oftreatment, the therapeutic results were observed and analysis. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, the clinical syndrome of total score decreased significantly, than in control group ( P 0.01 ); the treatment group patients serum creatinine ( Scr ), blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ) level decreased, endogenous creatinine clearance rate ( Ccr ) levels are elevated, curative effect is obviously superior to the control group ( P 0.05); SGA scores in treatment group decreased (P 0.01 ), hemoglobin ( Hb ), serum albumin ( ALB ), albumin ( PA ) levels rise, high sensitive C reactive protein ( Hs-CRP ) level decreased, curative effect is obviously superior to the control group ( P 0.05 ), cholesterol ( CH ) level did not change significantly. Conclusion: the chaibanliuhe soup decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure efficacy is obvious, can protect the renal function, improve nutrition, improve patients quality of life.
