还盘(Counter Offer)又称还价,在法律上称为反要约,是指受盘人收到发盘后,经过比价,对发盘的内容不同意或不完全同意而提出的修改、限制或添加的建议。还盘可以还价格,也可以对交易的其他条件提出不同意见。一笔交易,有时不经过还盘即可达成,有时却要经过还盘,甚至往返多次的还盘才能达成。 Useful expressions and sentences 1. We can not accept your offer: the price is too high. 我们不能接受你们的报盘,价格太高。 2. Accordingly, we have to ask you to extend your offer 3 days. 根据相关情况,我们不得不要求你们将报盘有效期延长3天。 3. This offer does not comply with our requirements. 此报盘与我们的要求不相符合。 4. We are disappointed to find your counteroffer entirely out of line. 我们很失望地发现你方的还盘完全与现行价格不相符合。 5. We cannot keep the offer open further than July 15. 我们不能将报盘有效期保留到超过7月15日。 6. On the recommendation of our friends, we are writing to ask you to offer us the following. 经朋友推荐,我们写信请你们对以下商品报盘。 7. We regret being unable to comply with your request for a renewal of the offer. 很遗憾我们不能满足你们的要求来重新报盘。 8. We cannot help turning down your offer. 我们不得不谢绝你方的报盘。 9. We regret we have to decline your offer. 我们不得不谢绝你方的报盘。 10. The possibility never occurred to us that you would decline to accept the order. 对我们来说,你们拒绝接受报盘的情况不会发生 11.
